Is the Plant Based Program Vegan or Vegetarian?
This program (as is) is technically vegetarian because a couple of recipes contain honey. If you’d like to make it 100% vegan, just replace the honey with coconut sugar or maple syrup in the recipes that have it!
Are the menus customizable based on individual needs?
Absolutely! There are directions in the Success Manual that can help you calculate what you need based on your specific needs.
