Is this Vegan or Vegetarian?
This program (as is) is technically vegetarian because a couple of recipes contain honey.ย If you’d like to make it 100% vegan, just replace the honey with coconut sugar or maple syrup in the recipes that have it!
Or, if you prefer a pescatarian or flexitarian style of plant-based eating, we can make the needed adjustments.
