When can I start and what if I fall behind?
You will receive immediate access to the Journey Preparation module upon enrollment. We know life can be busy…don’t worry about falling behind. You have lifetime access to the materials, so you can truly work at your own pace.
Will I receive any printed materials?
No, however you are encouraged to purchase a three-ring binder to store all the PDF downloads, emails, program workbook, etc. that are part of the program.
What will I be eating?
You will be provided with winning strategies to improve your diet along with sample meals to help guide you when making your own.
How much time will this take during the week?
It really is up to you and the more you put into it, the more you’ll get out of it. Plan on spending a couple of hours a week viewing videos, sharing in the private group, and completing worksheets.
What if I can't make the live calls?
No problem! All calls will be recorded and uploaded to our members only site.
