You will work on your mindset as this is key to success. You will identify your reason for living a healthy life; learn to tame your inner critic; and end self sabotage!
You will learn to enjoy your favourite foods in moderation without beating yourself up, feeling guilty, or worrying about losing control by using a planned indulgence strategy combined with healthy recipes.
You will receive exercise tips and tricks throughout the 90 days. You will learn to sneak in 30 minutes of healthy exercise to help reduce stress and make you feel good.
You will learn mindfulness techniques to help you manage stress and emotional eating triggers. In addition, you will develop mindful eating and healthy weight management strategies.

Will I receive any printed materials?
No, however you are encouraged to purchase a three-ring binder to store all the PDF downloads, emails, program workbook, etc. that are part of the program.
What will I be eating?
You will be provided with winning strategies to improve your diet along with sample meals to help guide you when making your own.
How much time will this take during the week?
It really is up to you and the more you put into it, the more you’ll get out of it. Plan on spending a couple of hours a week viewing videos, sharing in the private group, and completing worksheets.
