I am so happy to have you here!
One thing I want to be clear about, right from the start, is that this is not a book that will tell you what you can and cannot eat. I believe that a healthy balance is something that we should all strive for.
You can still have a burger with fries or ice cream! 😊
What’s important is that you eat well most of the time. A perfect formula is that 80% of the time, you make healthy choices and 20% of the time, you can have an indulgence or two.
If you have a poor diet, this book will guide you through the changes you can make and why it’s important to both your golf game AND your health.
I strongly suggest that you make small changes at a time. Trying to revamp everything, all at once, will only make it difficult to maintain, and you will most likely revert back to your old ways.
So, your mantra should be: one step at a time.
If you eat pretty well, then this book can help guide you on what to eat and when to eat in order to play your best.
As you know, golf is a game that, in addition to skill, requires physical and mental stamina from the moment you tee off until you drop that last putt.
So, if you want to have the energy you need to play your best golf, then start thinking about what you feed your body!
Does this sound familiar:
You’re at the 13th hole and you find. your energy levels are dipping, you’re starting to lose focus, and your swing just doesn’t feel right.
You’re feeling some frustration and not scoring as well as you should be.
And, you really can’t figure out why.
The answer may just be in your nutrition!
The right foods can:

Whether you’re a weekend warrior or a seasoned competitor, The Golfer’s Nutrition Caddy will provide you with the information you need to make smart decisions about your nutrition that can help take your game to the next level.
Author. Nutrition Expert. Golfer.
A holistic nutrition coach and lifelong athlete, passionate about helping people live with more energy, clarity, and vitality—on the course and beyond. Over the years, I’ve created and delivered practical, real-life nutrition programs that help my clients build healthy, sustainable habits that actually stick.
And I walk my talk. As a three-time world champion in dragon boating, provincial golf title holder, and figure competitor, I know what it takes to stay strong under pressure—and how the right fuel can make all the difference in how you show up.
The idea for The Golfer’s Nutritional Caddy came to life after hearing one too many golfers talk about crashing on the back nine. Candy bars, skipped meals, dehydration—it wasn’t a lack of skill, it was a lack of fuel. I wanted to change that.
This book is a no-nonsense, practical guide to fueling smarter so you can stay energized from the first tee to the final putt. But more than that, it’s about taking care of your body so you can enjoy the game longer, with more focus, more strength, and more fun.
While nutrition plays a starring role in my work, it’s just one piece of the puzzle. I take a whole-person approach—quality sleep, smart movement, focused practice, and mindset matter just as much as what’s on your plate.
My coaching style is down-to-earth and real. No gimmicks, no guilt—just steady, practical progress. And the best part? The energy and confidence you gain on the course often spills over into the rest of your life, too.
So whether you’re chasing par or just trying to stay sharp on the back nine, I’m here to help you fuel with confidence… and maybe even shave off a few strokes, one smart snack at a time.
